Terms of Service — KingScan Social Hub

These Terms apply specifically to the KingScan Social Hub web application available at https://crm.kingscan-qr.com, including its TikTok, Meta and X integrations.
1. Service and operator
These Terms of Service govern use of KingScan Social Hub, a web application operated by Cofftea Agencies Ltd, a company legally registered in Kenya. KingScan Social Hub provides authorized business users with tools for social content planning, human approval, scheduling and publishing, together with related customer and event operations.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing KingScan Social Hub or authorizing a connected platform, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant business, workspace and social account. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect an account.
3. Accounts and access
Workspace access is restricted to authorized users. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share reviewer, employee or administrator credentials with unauthorized persons. We may require identity or authority verification before sensitive actions.
4. Connected platforms
Connecting TikTok, Meta, X or another supported platform is optional and occurs through that platform's authorization process. You remain responsible for your platform account and must follow the platform's terms, community guidelines, developer policies and content rules. KingScan Social Hub will use granted permissions only to provide the functions requested by an authorized user. Platform approval, availability and publishing results are controlled in part by the platform and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content, captions, media, trademarks, personal data and instructions submitted through KingScan Social Hub. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, schedule and publish them. You grant us a limited permission to process and transmit that material only as needed to provide the service.
6. Approval and publishing
Production publishing is subject to workspace permissions and approval controls. Authorized users are responsible for checking the selected account, content, audience, timing and any commercial disclosure before approval. A scheduled time is a processing target, not an absolute guarantee, because external platforms and networks may delay or reject requests.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use KingScan Social Hub to send spam; impersonate another person or business; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; publish illegal, deceptive or harmful content; bypass platform limitations; scrape or probe accounts without authority; introduce malicious code; interfere with security controls; or access data, tokens or workspaces without permission.
8. Privacy and data deletion
Our processing of personal and connected-platform data is described in the KingScan Social Hub Privacy Policy at /privacy. Instructions for disconnecting accounts and requesting deletion are available at /data-deletion. Revoking platform authorization may stop future access but does not automatically remove records that must be retained for security, audit or legal purposes.
9. Third-party services
KingScan Social Hub depends on third-party services including TikTok, Meta, X, hosting, database, storage and communication providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Features may change, be limited or become unavailable when a provider changes its APIs, permissions or policies.
10. Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, update, limit or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse or respond to technical risks. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform access at any time. We may terminate access for material breach, unauthorized activity or risk to the service or other users.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, platform approval, audience reach or a particular commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own unlawful conduct or breach.
12. Changes, applicable rules and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable platform requirements change. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated terms.
